BOTANIC

Before beer was brewed with hops, it was brewed with gruits. Gruits are a botanical addition that adds flavor to the beer, similarly to hops. BOTANIC brings back the process of gruits using botanicals that are native to the Minnesota area.  Being brewed with these gruits, the focus would be on where the beer got its flavor an and be located in the heart of Minnesota in Minneapolis. This brewery being inspired by the flavor and process would include a botanical garden.
